Who are your users and what are their needs? Unless you understand how to please your users, it is very difficult to design for them. By conducting usability tests, personas, focus groups and by monitoring user trends, we are able to design and build with the user in mind.
Think of your website as if it were a map. A would be our first meeting with you and Z, the satisfactory completion of your website (our destination). Everything in between would be our responsibility so we would never start a journey without first agreeing upon the best possible route.

We support designers, developers and agencies and are happy to work in collaboration on projects. Like the best in this industry, we always adhere to web standards. Our pages are coded up using semantic, accessible and valid HTML, CSS and JavaScript/jQuery.
We are experienced in launching small and large email campaigns using MailChimp and Campaign Monitor. We know how to build your emails from the ground up and then test them across web and office based email clients, before deploying them to your readers.
We are a creative team who not only design beautiful websites and applications, but also produce graphics and illustrations. We also really enjoy creating logos, company branding and striking infographics for our clients.
At the start of this project, we interpreted the clients brief, which was to produce an engaging report. A unique mix of strategy and development to ensure that the pages displayed correctly kept us on our toes. The Heineken Annual Report was a great project to work on, mainly because the client was so happy with the end result.
One of our favourite agencies to work with, Wagstaffs Design asked us to provide some front end development work for their client National Grid. The pages that we built were then integrated into their own in-house CMS. In the end, the original website was reworked subject to the clients requirements.
Working with Flow Labs, we were asked us to handle some front end development on this project. We were careful to follow their in-house styles and markup guidelines so that they could easily rework files if needed. The pages we produced were then integrated into their custom content management system.
We found working on the beta version of the Harrods website to be a fun new challenge for us. We used Umbraco for their CMS and as usual we made sure that everyone was trained. We were also responsible for creating HTML documents for the in-house team to use within the CMS.
Alex Whittaker hired us to design and create a simple yet modern website to showcase his portfolio of work. We designed and developed a unique one page portfolio website, which would enable his audience to browse through the site with ease, by clicking on the images alone.
This was the first time working for the RSA Group, and it was a pleasure to do so. We had to make sure that the report met brand guidlines and was in line with their print version. As usual, we added functionality using jQuery and ensured that all content was tested so that it displayed correctly.
