Visual Design
- Cascading style sheets are used to display the visual content of the website, and if the style sheet is disabled, each page is still readable.
- All images used on this site have a descriptive ALT attribute and only decorative images have a null ALT attribute.
- LONGDESC attribute is used for only complex images to explain the significance of each image for non-visual browsers.
